The Gammon Technical Products (GTP) injection pumps are an excellent means to inject additive accurately with little to no effect from back pressure while filling tanks. The piston injection pumps can be operated and controlled by the TCS 3000 register without the assistance of a separate controller.
Automatic Self-Adjusting
Set your target PPM concentration ratio, and the TCS 3000 register will control the injection pump to ensure you maintain an accurate additive blend throughout the entire delivery. If the ratio falls out of tolerance for some reason, the TCS 3000 will end the delivery and print the error on the delivery ticket along with the additive volume and PPM ratio.
